1. Principles
This Refund Policy applies to Softyn products bought through bryxemaryriz.world. It complements the Terms of Service. We honour mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they cannot be contractually waived.

2. Statutory withdrawal (distance sales)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons, unless an exception applies. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons fall under an exception once unsealed after delivery—this commonly applies to food supplements.
Where withdrawal remains available, you must return goods in substantially the same condition unless inspection was necessary to establish nature, characteristics, or function.
3. Defective or damaged products
If a bottle arrives leaking, dented, or with a broken seal, or if the contents do not match the label in a material way, contact us within seven days of delivery. Include photographs of the outer carton, batch codes, and the issue. We offer, at our discretion, a replacement shipment or a full refund including reasonable return postage once we confirm the defect.
If you experience an unexpected sensory change that suggests spoilage, stop using the product and reach out with batch information; we may ask you to dispose of the liquid safely under local guidance rather than shipping it back.
4. Change of mind (non-defective)
Where hygiene rules allow, unopened Softyn bottles in original packaging may be returned within thirty days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless local law requires us to bear them. We recommend tracked shipping; lost untracked parcels may not qualify for refund.
5. Return process
- Email ask@bryxemaryriz.world with your order number, reason, and photos if relevant.
- We issue a return authorisation and instructions, including whether we provide a prepaid label for approved defect claims.
- Pack bottles upright with absorbent material if there was leakage risk; include a note with your name and RMA code.
- After inspection, we notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, as required by law.
6. Refund timing and partial refunds
Refunds may be reduced if goods show signs of use beyond inspection, or if accessories listed on the packing slip are missing. If you used a discount code, the refund reflects the discounted price.
7. Original delivery charges
When you validly withdraw or we confirm a defect, we refund standard delivery costs you paid at purchase, except where you chose an expensive express option beyond our default offering—in that case we may refund only the standard rate.
8. Non-returnable situations
We cannot refund opened bottles where hygiene law blocks return, or orders lost due to an address you entered incorrectly, or products purchased through unauthorised resellers. Promotional bundles may need all components returned for a full refund.
9. Chargebacks and disputes
Please email us before initiating a payment dispute so we can resolve the matter directly. Friendly fraud and abuse may lead to account flags with our payment partners.
10. Records
Return metadata is retained as described in our Privacy Policy for accounting and defence of claims.
