If you use the site on behalf of a company, you warrant authority to bind that organisation.

Descriptions, images, and illustrative examples on this website are for general information. They are not medical advice or guarantees of results. We aim to present information clearly and not to mislead. If you notice an inconsistency between the site and the product label or your order confirmation, the label and confirmation prevail.
4. Ordering process
Product listings are invitations to treat. When you submit an order, you make an offer. We accept it by sending an order confirmation email or by shipping the goods, whichever occurs first. We may decline or cancel orders affected by stock shortages, suspected fraud, export restrictions, or manifest pricing errors; in such cases we refund any payment without undue delay.
5. Price, currency, and tax
Prices displayed include VAT at the applicable Swedish rate unless stated otherwise for cross-border sales. We may adjust prices before acceptance; changes after acceptance apply only to future orders. Delivery charges appear at checkout before payment.
6. Shipping and timelines
Delivery dates are estimates. Carriers may update routes; weather, customs, or industrial action may cause delays beyond our control. Risk passes as described below. You must supply accurate delivery details; re-shipment fees may apply if an address is incomplete.
7. Payment
We accept payment methods shown at checkout. You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment instrument. If a payment fails, we may suspend fulfilment until cleared funds arrive.
8. Risk and title
Title to goods passes on full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier records delivery to your address or pick-up point, except where mandatory consumer law shifts risk differently.
9. Consumer information
EU and UK consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts, subject to hygiene-based exceptions for sealed goods once opened. Food supplements often fall within those exceptions after the seal is broken. Detailed return steps appear in the Refund Policy.
10. Intellectual property
All site content—including text, graphics, layout, and Softyn branding—is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, or mirror the site without consent except for temporary browsing copies or as permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability relating to any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection rules.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other matters that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Courts in Malmö have jurisdiction for business customers. Consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their habitual residence where EU or UK rules so require.
